Estimate Request Terms

These terms apply when you submit a cleaning estimate request to SoPURE Cleaning Services. They describe what an estimate request is and is not.

1. 1. Estimate Request Only

   Submitting an estimate request does not confirm a cleaning appointment or require the customer to purchase cleaning services.

2. 2. Pricing Information

   Estimates are based on the property information, cleaning needs and requested services provided by the customer. Pricing may be revised after reviewing the property's condition and approved cleaning scope.

3. 3. Customer Approval

   Any additional charges or changes to the proposed cleaning scope will be discussed and require customer approval before extra work begins.

4. 4. Booking Confirmation

   A cleaning appointment becomes confirmed after the applicable booking requirements are completed and SoPURE Cleaning Services provides confirmation.

5. 5. Service Agreement

   Before booking, customers will be provided access to the Residential Cleaning Service Agreement, their service-specific cleaning scope and corresponding checklist.

6. 6. Payment Authorization

   Submitting an estimate request does not authorize a cleaning payment, deposit or temporary card authorization hold. Any applicable payment terms will be disclosed during booking.

7. 7. Privacy

   Submitted information will be used to review estimate requests and communicate with customers about requested services, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
